I haven't been around here is ages . If you do a TFI plug n play, and nothing else it will be a good deal for you. These engine are staved for fuel from the factory. There is no way to change that...

Yes you must seal the oem opening air tight, which is dust and sand tight too. A few screws, some tin, and silicon sealer ( ATV) will work fine.

I have welded a lot of gas tanks for cars, but none really needed nice paint. Welding gas tanks is a little different too. :hmm:
