Headlight bucket accessory wiring

I am installing a waterproof cigarette lighter for my GPS and cell phone charging to the accessory wiring in the HL bucket. I already determined the hot and ground wires. If I deciphered the wiring diagram correctly, this is a 10A fused unswitched circuit. The cigarette lighter wiring kit has a 10A in line fuse. No need for this in line fuse being the circuit is already fused, correct?
