Seating Position 01-04 versus 05-08

Something that just make me think a little, and that's hard to do when I'm a blonde and I pay for it....are the seating positions on the 01-04 different than the 05-08? What I mean is do you set more forward on the earlier machines with the smaller fuel tank compaired to the newer bikes with the longer stretched looking fuel tank? They look like a rider would set closer to the handlebars on the earlier models than the newer. I need all the reach possible. Plus the risers to help..

The seating positions are very close to the same for both bikes. Also almost everyone ends up installing risers with a pullback. Im 6'2" and have risers installed. With a variety of different handlebars available also, a Nomad can be made to fit almost anyone.

The 1500's have more comfortable stock seats than the 1600's if you ask me, and i had both.

Both need risers or some other bars too. I had risers on both. I might be 5'10ish these days.. too many back injuries which lowered me from 6' even. I think I weigh 150 this summer which is odd, as in the heat I usually drop to 145. My wife has been baking lots of cookies as of late, perhaps that's why?

I'd like to take a minute to recomend the Aeromach risers. Just my 2cents worth. And welcome to the group too.
