Mine did the same thing, but my problem was I took it to a car wash (after a muddy road) and got the nozzle to close to switch, that was the only time I had taken it to a car wash and won't anymore...

I need the dimensions of the width of the bracket left to right at the top (4.5")and the space between the top two holes based on centerline.(3" holes are 3-3/4) I also need the length top to bottom...

2001 just turned over 50,000 this past weekend. I got her March 08 with 37,000. When I bought it speedo did not work, so I went almost a year with no speedo.

Got it, you are correct again. He is going to mount his lowers that way. Kinda disapoints me that they would design it like that where you would have to find another way to mount the lowers.

Yes you are correct nomadrider, that was right part number, he has one on order now. I am looking at getting me one also for my 1500 but wanted to test drive his first.
