That leave me out, mine are slash cuts. Used 30 days in 2005, too loud for this old man. Still got 'em in case the stocks go bad in future years. May have wasted $549 if the stock remain sound.

I have had the mushroom plugs for MANY years and have used them many times, fortunately not on my bikes. I bought my kit from JC Whitney, the only place I knew of that had them those many years ago....

Feedback on rear brake pad options

I have 27,000 on my bike and have not changed the pads yet. The rear will need them before the front it seem but I do gear down and do not use the brakes hard. Not a lot of city driving for me...

Pop, that is that a 1500 Nomad so there must be a little difference in the clearance. I think the 75 will fit the 1600 without rubbing. I think BlownDodge had a 75 on his and I don't remember him...

John, I notice a little difference on curves and uneven roadway but nothing drastic. I rode last Wed. with 28# PSI and did a panic stop on the freeway to pick up a flag that came off my friends...
