Premeux or Hoppe Fairing

Close to deciding to go with a Premeux. Are those that have these satisfied with the quality, paint match, and so on. Have also considered the Hoppe Quadzilla but I think the paint match up front and adding my own radio later on would be the best. Also I cut my windshield down about an inch to look over it. What would be a close match for the fairing shield size

Premeux or Hoppe Fairing

I can't comment on the Hoppe Quadzilla ( I did consider it), but on the Premeux, almost all the Harley stuff will fit, like I have the Kury Dragon wings, Fairing mounted mirrors, and a HD 10" windshield (I can see over it by about 3"). When I first got mine, the color match was exact (I have since recolored it with silver flames). Quality of the workmanship wasn't perfect, but better than any other brand of fairing I've seen for an aftermarket.

Premeux or Hoppe Fairing

i have the Premeux - there is a Dealer here selling the Hoppe and I just don't like the looks of the 4 speakers? The Hoppe has a better Radio cover ( I bought one of theirs and put it on mine) but other than that I think the Premeux is a better quality unit. Paint was very good and fit and finish good. Not the cheapest but you gets what you pay for! I would not buy the Stereo thru them again - I think you could get a better unit ( more power & better speakers) for the same money but you would have to install it yourself! Just my 2 cents!

Premeux or Hoppe Fairing

I also have the Premeux and it is a very well built fairing. When I had mine repainted a few seasons ago the guy at the bodyshop commented on the excellent fibreglass work they do.I don't thing you will regret having one at all. I don't know anything about the Hoppe fairings.

Premeux or Hoppe Fairing

I have the Premeux, I purchased used. Had to repaint, but it is an excellent fairing. I also have the premeux lower fairing, they are nice as well, but the lowers are off now for the summer.
