I've used these guys before. They're great if you know what size you need.

Windshield Bracket Bolts
Hi, Are you talking about the bolts that hold the windshield brackets to the triple trees ?
If so I think they are 8mm x 1.25 and if I rememeber correctly they are different lengths. The ones in the top triple tree are shorter than the ones in the lower triple tree. They are about 12mm in the top and 16mm in the bottom. |

Go to www.cheapcycleparts.com and look through their online parts fiche. For nuts/bolts, they usually list the size in the description. You can either order from them or take the size and try to find them elsewhere.

http://www.mcmaster.com/ Gadget's site has their name listed for getting the materials to make quick release knobs for windshield, seat and saddlebags. Got my order incredibly fast. On the McMaster site, it didn't take long to find what I needed. (Of course, you DO have to know the sizes you want.) If I'm intending to buy OEM parts, I use ronayers.com. Their microfiche set-up is nice and you can scout prices immediately. Good luck.

If you have a local ACE Hardware store, they sell both chrome and stainless metric bolts, nuts washers etc.
I've noticed though that the stainless bolts have smaller heads that the various Kawasaki factory bolts I've replaced. |
