Locked up the breaks

Well i was riding my bike from the dealer after getting it fixed "again" for leaking oil. A car in in the oncoming lane desided to do a wide u-turn right in front of me.
I locked up the brakes and swerved to the right. Lucky me he stoped and i was able to ride around him . Took a few min to unstick my butt from the seat when i got home.
Butt all is well. :)

Glad you are here and able to talk about it...hate it when that type of event occurs...but it does keep a fresh perspective forefront of your mind;)

Glad you rode through it.
I normally can't communicate with anyone for at least a couple minute's after a near miss, not until I can finally loosen the grip on the handle bars and manage to get to where I can speak again.
