Very slow downloads
This is information for any of you who may be experiencing very slow downloads with high speed cable or DSL internet service. For the last several months I have been having problems downloading Youtube videos or large PDF files. Today after installing my Turbotax Home & Business tax preparation software, it wouldn't download the updates that were available. Estimated download time showed to be 3 minutes or less for the updates. After 45 minutes it still hadn't completed the download. I bypassed my wireless router and that solved the problem. Picked up another router and it's all good now. So, give that a try if you are experiencing the same problem I was. It's not always your computer or the ISP.
