Anyone ever try these? Know anything about them? Opinions??

make sure you buy the one for your bike since it's a different length than the newer bikes Dave

Saddle Bag Quick Release ??

Basically just a knob with threaded end. It's m8 X 75mm(3")

Yeah I saw that. He sells both and they are different in the pics, but the descrition for both says 45mm which I know is wrong. I need the shorter. I think it was a typo on his part.

Bob, thanks for the gadget link. Didn't think to look there and will probably make my own.

Saddle Bag Quick Release ??

I went to Home Depot and bought 4 knobs, then took 4 metric bolts, cut the heads off and threaded them to fit the knobs. Looks and works perfectly.

Saddle Bag Quick Release ??

Too bad they don't have metric allthread. Then you could buy a foot or 2 and just cut it and grind the edges (using your new dremel) and you're ready to rock.
