Fire and Steel Kawasaki light bar

1 year old thread.. ok..

Yeah everyone needs to check their state law. NH where i am doesn't care a whitt.....

What NH says is if they are on the vehical they must work.

Light bars do not come as standard on a new Nomad. You either added it at the time of a new purchase, or someone else did.

If you don't know how they are wired, you better find out.

If the lamps are 55 watts each and they are taking off from the main lamp socket on cheap scotch locks something there is gonna fry, and sooner or later the fuse box and or ign switch is gonna also fry.

You may trip a relay with hi beam OR low beam, OR anything else, so long as the passing lamp wire feed has a 12 volt source from the battery direct.

This way allows you to choose what trigger you want.

I hate that idea, as I like light when ever i want light. SO mine are wired direct to the battery inline fused and switched, to be on any time I want key or no key, engine off.
