Right side spark plug no fire how do you test???

I did the clutch spring replacement and got it all back together started it and I know have a knock thought it was sompthing I did so I took it all back apart and everything was correct I have come to the conclusion that the right side front spark plug does not work I pulled the plug and it was wet with fuel I dont know how to test to see if its the wire the coil or the plug? Any thoughts? Or is there anything I could have done while doing the clutch spring I didnt touch anything around the area of the sparkplug or coil area.
