Former player killed
One of my former football players was killed in the line of duty in Afghanistan. We just received the news but no details of when or what happened.
Jon was in my dropout prevention class that I had. He was a kid that fell through the cracks of the system but he got back on track. Always had a high and tight cut, member of Young Marines in high school. He played wide receiver for me on the JV and one year of varsity. Joined the Marines out of high school. Please keep Jonathon Taylor and his family in your prayers. He gave his all for us.
