Head light buzz
Yes,I have the dreaded head light buzz.I checked the clearance between the lens and outer ring and the gap is equal all of the way around.Doesn't appear to be rubbing anywhere.I can stick a piece of rubber in the gap and noise stops but the rubber falls out at some point(no wise cracks!!!) and the buzz cranks up again.Has anyone found a good fix?

Head light buzz
I used a flat blade screwdriver and worked it around the headlight to get an even gap between it and the chrome housing and it fixed mine.

If you remove the outer ring and carefully and gently bend the tabs on the headlight bucket, you should be able to cure it as well.
