This guy hits and deer going 86mph and doesn't go down. Talk about lucky.

FYI- It's slightly graphic.

He's sure on lucky guy, maybe the speed helped keep him stable after the impact. He didn't even claim the deer for the meat. When deer get hit around here lots of guys stop just to see if they can have the meat.

Really Steve. Any deer hit here the meat is so bruised up it isn't worth taking.

Talk about LUCKY

Lots of years ago on a trip out to Fort Riley, KS I hit a big dog and I was doing about 50 MPH at the time. I saw two dogs on the right side of the road so I slowed down. One dog went across in front of me and just as I approached it turned back around and I braced and kept the Goldwing straight and went right over its midsection. I felt lucky doing that but my gosh, a deer. He was lucky. I had to watch it two times to finally see the deer. It happened so fast.

Looked like a small white tail doe. I've hit several small animals and lots of birds but never smacked into a deer. Deer are a lot larger than that here in the West. Mulies stand taller and would be hard to ride through. Still, pretty amazing video.
