Actually I have printed up instructions to use the adapter and will send you a set. Please pay attention to the warning. It involves gaudy ribbons on the handlebars. The more embarrasing the better. You will see why.

I do have packing and shipping down to a science now.

Just remember, the more embarassing the ribbon the better. Don't remove the ribbon until the adapter is standing in the corner of the garage.
