I was pushing my 1600 Nomad to move it in the garage and heard a grinding or rubbing noise coming from the front wheel. I suspect it is the brake pads rubbing against the rotor, but am not sure. ...

Thanks got it. I didn't realize it should be changed so often, I thought each time I changed the rear tie. But, looks like an easy job, so I'll still doing it. Thanks for the help.

So the gear oil goes in the beer? Makes one regular, lol? So the gear oil is what I was calling the drive train oil? In technical terms -- it goes in the round thingy in the middle of the back...

Does the TFI allow you to reduce the amount of fuel or is it like the Cobra and you can only add? Does the TFI plug in like the Cobra?

I got the Zumpo 450 for Christmas. Easy to install and working fine. Very well made. Very intuitive for basic use, but the instructions for more advanced use suck.

Hard plastic or fiberglass front engine chaps. I really like the way the "leather" ones reduce wind pressure on my feet and legs.

Still ticking after mods???

Did you remove or disable the reed valves? The reed valves make a ticking or clicking sound. I removed mine as well as the solenids and have no ticking sounds anymore.
