I was not aware that 1700 had some issues with the ECU and with Ivans fix that helps it better. I do like the 1500's......

It could be the seal between the drive shaft and where it comes out of the motor. That is where mine is leaking. Again, on the LEFT side....

I put in a map 202-006 and the gas mileage is WAY...

I put in a map 202-006 and the gas mileage is WAY better. I am getting about 4ltr/100km now. Much better. Tweeking is going to be needed for better performance but I do like to mileage.
