I have had the Grasshopper for 4 years on my Vaquero and has held up really well also had one on my 2002 Ultra Classic for about 8 years so don't have anything bad to say about them has held up well...

feels like I get a shot of boost at 4000rpm

This forum has been so helpful and want to thank everyone who has given such great advice. I have now started to notice an occurrence when I am accelerating hard in 2nd and 3rd gear at about 4000rpm...

The thing that got rid of the jerky low speed for me was picking up the throttle mod from RacNRay and it does give you a more instantaneous throttle response
