strange request but who knows

does anyone have a broken of damaged stebel horn, what i need is the little black hard rubber piece that goes where you put the bolt so it dosent rattle off and i loose the horn. i bought this from a member here, but the little rubber piece didnt make its way here, i contacted him but unforunately he doesnt know where it is .. so if anyone has that piece i would buy it from you,,or wash your bike for free

Bugman, my Stebel horn didn't come with a rubber spacer when I bought it new from Biker Hiway.

I also just got one from Bikerhighway. It didn't come with a spacer. Mine mounted very solid on the stock bracket. I torqued it to 40 ft/lbs. It's not going anywhere. I did check it after a couple of rides. Still nice and solid.

Hi, I am just in the process of installing a Stebel horn. No spacers in the packaging, just an 8mm bolt and nut, and a relay.

Congrats on the Stebel horn purchase, though! I LOVE mine!
It has saved me a few times in a parking lot when a car is backing out on me!!!!

Oddly, both times I used mine because I needed to were with drivers in pickup trucks coming out from a side road on the right. They looked like they didn't see me and I just knew they were going to make a left turn and cross right thru me! Both were edging out into my road.

A blast on the horn and both stopped dead in their tracks.

It was like "oops!"

They must have changed the design of it. The 3 that I've bought all have had the rubber spacer.
Pete, sorry, didn't know they changed. Didn't mean to mislead you, brother.
