Dirtbag caught ;D

The dipstick went to Utah and used one of the gift cards that he obtained fraudulently here. Of course they were flagged and the cops arrested him. Now he is being held in Utah pending extradition to Idaho. I just hope that when he gets here the judge does not lower his bond. It is currently set at $100,000.

Happy days are here again!! :)

That creep deserves to be put away for a long time. I vote for much stiffer penalties for people involved in identity theft

We can party here, but you will need snowmobiles and 4WD to get here.

basco, there are too many loopholes in the law. Gotta protect peoples rights. This is what is meant by the wheels of justice being slow. He is already out on bond for felonies in Bonneville County, Power County and here in Bannock County. We just have to hope that the Judge at his detention hearing does not lower his bond again. No intervention is allowed. Just the judge with a closed circuit TV and dirtbags file in front of him. Hopefully the judge will have had enough time to read two or three pages of his file before acting. I personally hope he ups the bond more than anything.

Down here we have a saying, " If the justice system don't do it, the Louisville Slugger will. "
Congrats for you on the catch. Be at EVERY hearing and appearance and LOAD the DA and Judge with calls. Be proactive.

My whole family has been in contact with the Prosecutors office and the detectives trying to get this guy. Now that we have him in custody we are going to try to do our best to keep him there. One good thing is that the manager of the local Home Depot where he perpetrated his last $18,000 fraud is p*ssed even more than I am and wants dirtbag to have an opportunity to live with Bubba for the next 10 or so years. I think new relationships are a good thing in ones life.
