Some time ago another member (wolfrider) was having problems with his bike.

I tried to help him and ended up sending him a copy of my service manual on cd.

Yesterday in the mail I got a thank you card and a very cool Vulcan hat, that I am wearing in the office today.

That was a very cool gesture and really goes to show the caliber of our members.

Thanks for the hat wolfrider and I am glad the manual helped.

Oh yeah, on a funny note. When I sent him the cd I forgot to get his name to put on the envelope so it said wolfrider with his address.
My wife asked me last night if my nickname on the forum was OP because when he sent the hat and card it said OP with my address.
I wonder the folks at the post office think of that?

OP; given the challenges everyone is confronted with daily -- especially given these difficult "times"; efforts such as your's puts a smile on my face.

The greatest thing about it is... the both of you don't even know each other's names... but still -- one reached-out for help, and another helped.

PS: If you don't go to Custer; I will have to personally come to your house and drag you there!!
