By definition wouldn't the "Custer Rally" be an International rally? Don't forget the Canadians coming down.

International or internationally most often describes interaction between nations, or encompassing two or more nations, constituting a group or association having members in two or more nations, or generally reaching beyond national boundaries. In American English, "International" is also commonly used to signify "outside of the country".

My bad...maybe we'll have to plan a rally in Canada the summer of 2013. You'll have to ask Trip about that one!

ooh my past dui will keep me from making that one. I would bet there are some others here with less than squeaky clean records that would be denied entry as well. Canada is not as forgiving as the US. I bet their border guys take a lot of flak from US citizens. I would not want that job.

I doubt if you would be denied entry. A long term visa, maybe.

Actually Canadas border entry is way more relaxed than the U.S.. A dui is considered a criminal offence but after some red tape and hassle one should be able to get across the border. On the other hand..entry into the U.S. is ridiculous for an offence. Waivers are a long dragged out procedure with a large price tag (1000 bucks) to start with no gaurentee. It takes up to 3 months of processing also. If granted entry..one must apply every time with a miminum of two weeks notice. A full intinery must be disclosed too. Waivers are good for a maximum of 5yrs. I personally know this because in 1985 I was pulled over in canada and they found a roache in my ashtray..I was busted and given a criminal record..since then I've recieved a full unconditional pardon...but..the U.S. doesn't reconise it and even though I've not been charged in the U.S., I still have to go thru their waiver policy's...at this point..not really sure if its worth it...Bdog
