One of those moments you wish......

....you could trade places with someone else. I had one yesterday, around 4pm. I was driving one of the buses to our High School Football Game. I was on Highways 60/63 east, near Willow Springs, Mo. In the distance I saw a Motorcycle ahead of me. I could tell it was pulling a trailer. I was hoping to catch up to it, i wanted to see what it looked like pulling the trailer. As I got closer I could tell from the back it was a Nomad. Suddenly I began to wonder where they had been and where they were going. I was thinking how I wish it was me on that bike, rather then driving the bus. To make my wishing even worse, it turned out to be the same color as my Nomad. I thought I may have even seen a Kawanow Patch on his vest. We came to the 60/63 split and parted ways. They went on 60 east. I went south on 63 to wards West Plains. I spent the next few mins. Thinking of all the great place they might vist and ride on 6o east (national river ways , national forest and parks). It was one of those times I would have changed places with someone, if I was given the opportunity. On a related note, we lost the game 42-7. The best thing about the game, I was paid to have to watch it.

Done that myself. Recently, and many other times, I've expressed my disappointment in traffic not letting me catch up to a bike when I'm in my car.

My mind is doing similar to yours, and I'm just wanting to get a closer look so that the imagination can run even wilder.

I'm going to be having a lot of those moments over the winter reading posts on here from guys that can keep riding over the winter. My Nomad will probably be parked for the winter in about a month. I'll be living vicariously through everyone here!

Could you see if it had OK plates? If so, it may have been Wanderer.

I don't believe they were OK. plates. I do remember that the trailer had color on its plate, kinda like AZ. does. Not sure really, I was too caught up in the moment.
