baron big air kit

do any of you have any experience with the baron big air kit on
the 1600?i am considering this go with the cobra tru dauls and
cobra fi 2000 i allready have.thanks

baron big air kit

They do have a big selection of covers, and if you still have your stock intake, this (or any other right side intake) will give you your biggest boost in power. I think the big air kits comes with a set of coasters, and I would defiantly put them on too.

baron big air kit

Not sure how they work on the NOMAD, (sorry) but, I had one on my last bike, (2003 1600 roadstar), and it was a great product. Great chrome, and style. Don't think you will disappointed. Also had a Barons Tach on the roadstar... also great quality!

baron big air kit

My buddy had a Caddmann Kit, ProPipe, and a TFI on his 1600 Classic.

He replaced the Caddmann with a BAK, and the TFI with a PC-III and had it dyno'd.

His conclusion was that he spent another $600+ & picked up another 2 horsepower at most. He also lost about 2 MPG.

I rode the bike and it really didn't feel any quicker to me after all that. It might have been a little smoother around 1500~2000 RPM. I didn't take it up to top speed though. About 80 MPH was as fast as I rode it.
