Speedo visor

Can anyone tell me if a speedometer visor is made for the Nomad ? I have a 2006, and have looked for a long time for one. A sales guy in the Kaw shop in Ft Myers said there is not one made???! But, I've seen them on bikes at Sturgis. Help if ya can.... Thanks

Yep, your right, won't fit, but looks nice. I have seen speedo visors on some vendors site for about $40 that fit our Nomads. i believe Dano on here has one on his. I have wanted one for a couple years so let me know.

Update: just checked cruiser customizing site and look at this one K530 20-225 a fire/steel brand and list 1600 Nomad that it will fit. $60

What do you think??

That's the one I have and it clearly states it's for a 1500 and a 1600

seems it should, I read some reviews that stated to double side tape the visor to the NACELLE not the speedo, that way you can remove nacelle if needed later on. let me know if it fits ok,

I already have one on my 1500. Saw the same reviews about altering the mounting, but there's enough people with 1600's that posted positive reviews. Hopefully doctorgski sees the replies here.

I took the one off of my 01 Classic FI and put it on my 05 1600 Nomad. It is a little tight but it works. I also took the one off of Liz's 04 Nomad and put it on her 08. It too is a little tight but it works.

Mine works great, never a problem, but it was on there when I purchased the bike.

Ive had one on my 1500 since Ive had the bike, it just clips in and stays put. I think mine is a Fire & Steel product.
