i used to put these on my old kz's and they would last about 6-8 thousand miles. they seemed to do good on those old bikes. anyone ever tried them on a large bike like the nomad?

I read the title of this thread and thought it had something to do with the Olympics

This isn't the right area? Why not?

I guess you must be planning to get the pontoon kit of the Nomad, and make it into a personal water craft, which is wicked nice with the 'prop shaft'.

Cheng Shin Rubber Co. from Taiwan.

It seems that they make the Maxxis brand of tire.

Be careful, the whitewalls are probably lead-based paint!

We used to use that brand of tire on dirt bikes over 40 years ago. They were the best tire for the money you could buy and they had a hard compound which means they lasted like hell. A real good tire then but today?
