Traffic Light Changers
??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
Do those traffic light changers advertised from $7.00 to $10.00 really work? Here in Texas a law that went into effect in September of 2007 that all traffic lights are suppose to recognize motorcycles. I don't think everyone got the memo. Usually I sit threw 2 light changes and go threw on the 3rd. Just curious as to what everyone else thinks? Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Typical of Texas legislation, it doesn't happen. I bought one of those light changers a over a year ago and it works great! You attach it to the bottom of the bike and when you approach the light, the sensor registers the magnet. Mine cost $25 it it was well worth it.

Hi there, new to the forum. 06 Nomad black (of course) I've found or maybe read somewhere and it works. If the light doesn't know you're there, put it in neutral, put the stand down and the light will change. At least it works here in my little town.

Welcome to the sight jerrycritz! make yourself at home.
I only get caught at red lights like that late at night coming home from work. I'll usually wait a couple minutes and then drive through if know one is around.
