Wiring question
Let me start off by saying that I am electrically challenged. So bear with me when I ask a stupid question. I am going to put an additional fuse block on my bike so I can run additional electrical cicuits to it hopefully with out screwing something up. I purchased a fuse block from auto zone. It has room for 6, 30 amp fuses. I would like to hook it so that it would be switched or powered by my ignition switch. I have driving lights which are now spliced into the headlight bucket and into the low beam light. I would like to put them into the new fuse block . I also have a power point hook up I'm going to put on, eventually a stebel horn and possibly another set of lights up front for more visibility. Did Kawasaki already put in a wire that is switched from the factory that I could tie into or should I run one myself? I have an 06 if anyone knows the color of the wires that I should look for I would appreciate it. Also would it be better to mount the fuse block under the seat or in the side cover. Thanks for your help Joe.
