Who was riding the VTX at Mesquite?

Was he someone attending the rally? Or just a random guy riding through? Or did I just dream it all?

I think it was my roommate. His name was Toby and he rode in with me and Valdez's group. Seemed to be a good guy all around.

Toby on the VTX from Elk Grove CA. Outstanding person to know with a white beard.
