New rack for Nomad Trunk

I finally found a welder that would put my rack together. I told him how to bend the pipe, then I made all the cuts for him, and he just had to weld them.

I filed it, and sanded it with emery cloth, then had it clear powder coated. It turned out pretty much how I envisioned it would.

And with a trunk sitting on it

I wanted something that looked a little less industrial then a Scooterworks rack, cost less, and look good if you took the trunk off.

I figured out a way to lower the grab rails so that the trunk wouldn't sit too high and be able to keep a more stock look.

With materials, paying the welder, and powdercoating, I'm into it $145

That is with me doing the cutting and figuring, filing and sanding.

I doubt that there is any money to be made producing them, But for $50 less than a Scooterworks rack, I'm happy.
