Posting Pictures

Iam new to the forum and having trouble posting a picture to my avatar. What address do I send the picture too. I read the instructions but they don't register in my brain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

1st welcome to the site, I'm north of you. 2nd my kid helps me out when I'm stuck, although it cost me a breakfast. He works for food.
Set up an account in photobucket and start from there.
