Deer At 65.

Hello Brothers and Sisters of the Vulcan bagger community, unfortunately 2 weeks ago I hit a deer going 65. They tell me she's totaled. But I refuse to give up on my girl who save my life with the help of the Divine. All I got was some road rash on my right forearm. But since I live extremely on a budget, and didn't have insurance at the time, I have to try to rebuild as cheap as possible so I'm looking for any help in locating avenues for cheap parts and fixing ideas, even if you've upgraded from your stock stuff and are willing to get rid of your old Parts I'd be interested. Thank you for all your time and help.

Sorry to hear about this but glad you made it through with just minor injuries. Good luck on the rebuild.

Sorry about your run in with a deer but glad to hear only the bike suffered considerable damage.
Hopefully you can get it back on the road before long.

Well I stole the handlebars off my 600 shadow for the time being, was able to ride it one week after the accident. I just had to strip off all the broken pieces.

Is the passing lamp mounting bar OK? If so I have 2 passing lamps in excellent condition I would ship to a brother in need.

Lucky you survived, animal strikes can be nasty!

My son has "everything" you need, 2004 stock Nomad that needs some work on the clutch plus a tuneup, Blue/Silver with white wall tires. Ask for Will, 802-505-8941.
