WHat do you shoot?

I love guns :O Oh nooooooooooo :) I carry a S&W 9mm Shield 8+1Great little gun and shoots real flat Nice :) I also switch to my Ruger SR9E Nice to have 17 +1 :) but that is my cooler weather gun! Will also pick up another .357 Wheel gun 2/4" to go with my 6? S/S Ruger Security Six,if I find a good deal! Because of all the nut jobs out there I am starting to carry more!
So what do you CCW with or shoot at the range ?
Anyone have a 9mm rifle? What brand? Pros and cons as I am looking :)
Thanks and Ride Safe!

Rich

What do I shoot? Usually I swing by the farmers market on the way to the desert so I can blow up watermelons, oranges, apples, grapefruit, even potatoes. A head of lettuce literally explodes when hit by a high power rifle. Its really cool, man!
I clean up what won't quickly decompose and leave the rest for the critters to have a feast. It's a win-win for everybody!

Oh...you mean...what guns do I shoot. Ahhhh, I can't tell ya. You never know whos listening. (shhhhhh)

The home defense gun is a Ruger P95 with Hyda-shocks..........the choice for prairie dogs is a .17 WSM (Savage BMag). Ordinary target shooting is with a .22 (Mark I Ruger pistol or a Rossi M61 pump rifle). Big game hunting is done with muzzle loaders.

If I hadn't lost all of my guns in the flood, I'd be carrying a SCCY 9mm.

I would also have had plenty of rifles shotguns and other pistols.

But that flood took it all away.

Yeah, that's my story.

Radco, I also order my ammo from Freedom Munitions. I usually carry my Glock .380 (model 43} when I'm on my scooter. I sometimes carry my Glock .40 subcompact (model 27}. For home protection I have a Mossberg 12 ga home defense shooting slugs. I have a .22 Remington for target practice.

In my gun locker resides a Cobra CB .38 Derringer, Smith & Wesson K .38 Combat Master, Smith & Wesson SD 40 VE , High Standard .22 Sentinel, FEG SA-85 M ( 7.62x39 ). My father gave me the High Standard .22. It was his snake gun. The Cobra is an extreme close quarter gun. With a barrel not much longer than the .38 round it's pretty much just a belly gun. I'm having failure to feed problems with the SD 40. It' been back to the dealer twice for a parts swap. Haven't had much time to get back out with it. I only have access to the range when one of my co-workers go which is only once or twice a year. I'm on a 2 year waiting list join my local gun club.

I just added the Talon Grip tape to my Ruger SR9e and my Shield Very nice add on.... The UPULA loader is great saves the finger :)
