Ok, this is a new one I have never seen.

Summary, Hit from behind, drug 1/2 mile, car leaves scene, police catch him on foot. NAKED
Wish it was winter for him!!!

WOW!! That guy much have been out of his mind!!! I hope he's not "back out on the streets" in short order and they actually jail that idiot!! I'm glad it wasn't worse for the riders!! That could have been REALLY bad since they idiot was so messed up!!

"theft by unlawful taking" Was that for the stolen Kia, or for taking some body's motorcycle for a half mile without permission?
