My first V-twin...

All my previous bikes had a Honda V-4 engine. I still have my Honda ST1300 but wanted to try out life on a big twin. I'm 600 miles in on a 2000 Nomad 1500 FI that I bought from a friend with less than 10k on the odometer. It is a very different experience to be sure but a very pleasant one. I'm hoping to decide in the next year whether to keep one or keep both. They each have their charms. Anyway, I'm glad to be here.

Vilkomen from Texas. Betcha didn't see that comin? I have a 2000 model 1500. There are a lot of possibilities, it's a fun ride. Wife and I put over 60K miles on ours traveling here and there. Never a problem.
