Going to look at 2002

If anyone can answer this before tomorrow morning I would greately appreciate the feedback. I will go tomorrow to look at a 2002 with about 15,000 miles. The bike has only been ridden a few times in the past two years. The owner started it up while I was on the phone and it started with no problems. He says there is no blueing to the pipes and only has V & N pipes. He does not know if it has other mods on it since the dealer in Iowa who sold it to him did not say so.

What do you the experts think of a bike that has been not ridden for a while? Will the FI need cleaning, will the radiator need flushing. He said he has only changed the oil on it since he has owned it and no leaks. What will need to be done? I now a new battery would be a good thing for it? What about a 15-20,000 mile check up?
