Filler piece instead of lower windshield

I have a 2005 Vulcan Nomad 1600 with a stock windshield.

Does anyone make a filler piece that can be used when you remove the lower windshield? I have my stock windshield all the way down and I don't need the lower windshield.

Thanks for any info

If you have the stock windsheild all the way down, you don't need the lower piece. On the other hand, you'd probably have to make spacers for the bolts. Might as well leave it there. If you take everything apart and clean it all well, the lower part will be all but invisible.

I did that today but would like to just have clean looking spacers so dirt won't get between both windshields.

Yes I do need spacers so the bolts and trim will work correctly.

I used nylon washers as spacers when I removed mine.

I removed the lower section too, but i don't recall what i did for the too long of bolts. The hardware store in my area has stainless bolts the exact same so maybe i bought shorter bolts. Can't recall. I did add a funky set of suspenders sliders to the chrome bar ahead of the shield and pass nylon web belts thru them when I want my leather jacket off and rolled up there. At first i check often for if the head lamp might be too hot for leather but it's not. The sliders are nickel plated steel and no great looking but in my world function comes first and these thing blend ok enuff when there is nothing rolled there

Went to Home Depot and purchased 4 fender washers at 5/16 and 4 neoprene washers at 5/16 X 1-1/2. Used those withe the neoprene spacer and it worked perfect.
