Bought this last week, and it is not what I thought it is.

For sale, the chrome rails that attach to the top of the fender, as pictured

I am interested in this trim, (I think) How does this mount? Do you have to drill 4 holes?

Yes.

The package is un-opened. But, the bolts appear included inside the shrink wrap. You can hear them moving around. Washers probably too.
