For a "retired" guy, I'm still working one last house repipe for personal friends before loading up. They bribed me with $10,000.00 to do one last plumbing job. Otherwise I'd already be in Phoenix.

We have had the keys for our new house in Phoenix for more than a month already. Just been busy trying to sell the one in Lynnwood. The big question was if Patricia would have to stay in Lynnwood at her current job to pay 2 mortgages. The sale of the house saves $1400.00 + per month. Now we can afford our bills without her job. :-)
