It is so hot the tar snakes gave a couple pucker moments yesterday and it wasn't as hot yesterday as it was today.
This is the first time my bike has gotten out of shape on the tar strips. Gotta be the heat.

Cooled off to 90 here today but will be back at 100+ for the weekend. Not riding much. :(

Today was nasty for sure. I work outside for about 2 hours tree cutting and then called it quits and stayed indoors the rest of the day. My new favorite letters of the alphabet are AC.

It only got to 107 today. A bit disapointing when we came to see Phoenix at its best. It only hit 112 once this visit. . .

Our heat index has been over 100 for a few days now. Supposed to cool down a little over the next few days.

Had a high of 97* here yesterday. We are used to 75* - 80*. And it is always humid when we get the high temps. Very uncomfortable, not even the river felt good after a while.

It got to 99 here and then my A/c unit acted up in the afternoon.
I think I have small refrigerant leak somewhere in the system.
Hopefully I'll get it charged up later on today.

It's been miserable down here for the last couple of months. Mid to upper 90's with a few days in triple digits all with relative humidity in the 60 - 70% range. A good sauna.

We broke a 77 year old record for consecutive days over 100.
18 and counting. 106 today.
We couldn't have more then a few in the last six weeks that were under 100.
Come on fall.
