Got my gift from ROK won at MV
I got my 'Kawasaki duffel bag' I won at the Thurs night dinner at the MV National rally. It is very nice and a whole lot bigger than I was expecting. Very Nice.

Glad you finally received it.
Although it may seem like the rally was a long time ago... it was only just a few short weeks ago. Hard to believe. I received my t-shirt two days ago. I'll be wearing my KAWASAKI t-shirt to my HD dealership soon... just to give them some grief about my experience with them... It should be fun!

It's likely to happen this week when I finally pick-up the last part for my bike... that has been on order for ever. Just for the record... I filed a formal complaint against the dealership that handled my repair. I received an official complaint reference number. I was told this isn't a good thing for dealerships. If they add-up, it hurts their ability to get new bikes to sell... and if it gets bad enough... they could lose their dealership. That happened, in part, to the HD dealer in Waynesville, NC... just south-east of Maggie Valley.Oh well... I don't tolerate poor service well; especially when paying a premium price. ;)

You shouldn't have to Greg, they seem to pride themselves on building a quality product and having an elaborate dealer network. The dealers should work hard at providing a high level of service to the customer.
