Just left him laying in the road.

This just pisses me off to no end. Hit and run is an every day event around here and be it a minor or major collision they ought to be strung up on the overpasses as a deterrent.

Just left him laying in the road.

Not much of an article, considering a man lost his life. Kinda of like he was here, now he's gone.

I hope they catch the dirty rat b*****d and throw him in jail. The bikers in there will make sure justice is served.

I have little use for these types... shoot them all... seriously... shoot them all.

There was a politician a couple years ago, that was caught after doing a hit and run, death resulting. If I remember correctly, he got off pretty easy. If some one loses their life due to another person, no matter what the circumstances, shouldn't there be equal punishment across the board? A life has been lost. Shouldn't each court look at that the same way?

Accidents do happen to good people... so I don't know if "instant and equal" punishment would be the course of action... especially if they were a productive citizen.

Leaving the scene of an accident where there is a death involved (or at least potentially) would easily fall into my category of the death-penalty... only thing is my version of the death penalty isn't an injection of drugs... but rather "lead"... multiple-times. ;)

Exactly Greg. The action of leaving the scene displays a complete lack of integrity and refusal to take responsibility for one's actions. I just don't understand how one could live with themselves after destroying another's family. The world needs fewer of these kind of people.

The politician was seen as a productive citizen, and received easy treatment. I wish I could remember the state it happen in. Tenn. maybe? A life was taken, with a hit and run. Was the reasoning that good honest people make mistakes, make up for for a major screw up? I don't think so. When you give leverage to some one's station in life, you start the slide that we have in place now. Too much liberalism.

Judging from the street name, would I guess it's a bad part of town?

I think every major city has an MLK Blvd, and none I've seen are in the best part of town.
