Which Wire ?

Does it matter which of the 2 wires you remove from the cold start solenoids to disable them ?

I removed both wires and extracted the solenoids and put them in a box in the garage.

No it doesn't, mine are both off and the solenoids removed as well.

You can pull one from each and tape, or you can pull both and tape them both. My ISC's are long gone. I think that happend on around day 6 of owning my 06.

Leaving them there just screws up air flow.
