Stop & Go plugger works good
http://www.stopngo.com/motorcycle.asp
I picked up a screw in my rear tire last week. Since I've had another plug in the tire for two years now, I'm OK with the mushroom type plugs. I had a choice of spending $56 for the shop to plug the tire or $53 on the plugging kit (with CO2). So a local shop ordered me one, no shipping charges, and I plugged the tire Wednesday. The procedure took less than 10 minutes since I didn't use the CO2 and now I know I can do it on the road if necessary. This morning it was still holding air so went for a short ride of about 30 miles. So far so good, no air loss. Login or Register to Remove Ads |
