rear tire
Sid,
I have the 2005, stock is a 170. I just put on a 180. Fits fine, but I had to let all the air out of the new tire when I put it on otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do it if it had air in it. Don't know if the 08 has same size or not.

Mike, I've thought along the same lines as Scott, that if a 205 CT will fit, that a 200 MC tire should fit. I've also thought that if I ever went back to a MC tire it would be the Avon Rear Cobra AV72 200/60HR-16. Of all the different MC tires I've ran, I like the Avon Cobra's the best.

I agree with the others that if a 205 fits a 200 should, but whats wrong with a 160 to 180 tire. I really don't see the need to put such a wide tire on for no gain of any sort.

The reason i was looking at a 200/60/16 is because it has the closest specs to the stock tire except width of course. I wanted to get away from the stones and Avon and Dunlop both have that size in a radial.

A taller tire will help get rid of the speedo error, without the need of a speedohealer.
