Whats hot, whats not???

The wires under the seat, gas tank, made for adding accessories!!!!! Which wire is hot and which one is ground???

If your model year is the same (they all should be) then the w/bl (white /blue) is positive and Y/BK (yellow/black) is negative.

They are both connected to the same accessory (10 Amp) in the fuse block.

This was confirmed with the Service Manual from L1 and L2 on and after, and covers all USA/Canadian models.

If you have a test light you can check them that way too.

Note the white/blue wire is not switched, it is always hot.

Good point CJ, forgot to mention that. Another reason not to use them for things like driving lights etc.
