My new helmet!

This is my one of a kind helmet to replace my long lost Spike. Spike was in the old pic, this is the new one.

DISCLAIMER: Yes, I know it's not DOT! I'm not the safety guy, I'm a biker. When I roll up, people notice and kids think it's cool. That's what I'm aiming for, to bring a smile to a B.A.C.A. child's face. And truckers and other people in their cars who just about break their necks trying to see the crazy guy with the spikes. It's fun, it's crazy and I like it. If you take offense, please, talk to me directly. That's what bikers are supposed to do, right?

Looks good, but you should put it on, so we can see the whole picture.
DOT would be nice though. ;)

It's actually a DOT helmet though. The company I bought it from pulled the inside so a guy could drill through then glue the inside back in.

I like the safety features. It gives you an additional crumple zone to deflect and absorb potential impact.

LOL! I can still remember your old helmet when you wore it at Custer. I remember you blocking traffic for the group at the one gas-station wearing that thing... and some @ss-driver was giving you grief about blocking him.

I kept thinking to myself... what an idiot he was. Who in their right-mind would give someone some sh!t when they were wearing a helmet like that -- especially out in the Black Hills where you wouldn't always be sure who you were giving sh!t to!!
