A REAL Old Biker!

Thurman Elliot, center, from Clinton, MS, is 85 years old and still riding. I presented him with the Oldest Male Rider certificate on Oct. 16 at the GWRRA MS District Rally in Tupelo. The Gentleman on the far left is Bob Shrader, GWRRA Region 'A' Director.

Thurman is a prime example of how much enthusiasim riding a bike can generate!

Greg that's great to hear I hope I live that long but don't think I will be able to ride if I do, it gets harder every year.

Mr. Elliot is a true gentleman, also, Jim. In appearance he looks to be in his mid sixties! Shoot, I'm 69 and he looks a lot younger than I do!

At this point there will be three bikes, one rider per bike. A couple others from the KVRF may meet up with us, too.

Thats always nice to see, there is a fella at I ride I go to here every July, He was 84 this year. I hope to see him out with us again next year. He always wins the prize for the oldest rider.
