silicone sealant on fan switch install
I read on Gadgets page to put silicone sealant on the fan switch
before install, is this a silicon for hight heat or just regular silicone.

I think just regular silicone would work fine, The coolant temp wont get over about 220 f and I don't considor that high heat.
If you happen to have the hi temp silicone use it.

I usually use the black Permatex.
It seems to hold up better in most cases. MT

silicone sealant on fan switch install
I tend to use teflon tape or permatex Number 2 non hardeneing sealer.RTV will work though.
